During this course you will learn all the skills needed to dive confidently to a maximum depth of 12 metres, under the supervision of a dive professional.

This course, is run by our highly qualified instructors and is divided into 3 areas:

Academic Training (classroom and independent study)
Confined Water Training (swimming pool sessions)
Open Water Training (lake or coastal sessions)

On booking this course, we will send you a starter pack, which includes self-study material we require you to read before attending your first class session.

Independent Home Study (Book and Video or CD Rom)
2 Days Academic Training and Confined Water Training (Swimming pool session)
1 Day Open Water Training, 2 Dives (Lake or Coastal session)

Pre-requisites
No diving experience necessary
Minimum age: 15 (12 for Junior Divers)
Complete a medical statement attached to our booking form
