Trimix £450
(£655 one to one) The TDI Advanced Level Trimix Course
provides the training required to competently
and safely utilize breathing gases containing
helium for dives that require staged
decompression, utilizing Nitrox and /
or oxygen mixtures during decompression
to a maximum depth of 100m. The objective
of this course is to train divers in
the benefits, hazards and proper procedures
of utilizing custom oxygen / helium /
nitrogen mixtures as breathing gases.
The course is scheduled over four days.
Prior to beginning the course you will
be given the 'TDI Advanced Trimix' workbook.
As with all our training we ask you to
complete the knowledge reviews before
you arrive for your academic presentation.
There is also a written exam and a kit
orientation.
Pre-requisites
TDI Extended Range or Entry Level Trimix
Certification (or equivalent)
Minimum age: 18
Show proof of 125 logged open water dives,
40 deeper than 30 metres and 10 deeper
than 40 meters
Course Duration
Independent Home Study followed by:
Day 1: 6 hours Theory
Day 2: 2 Open Water Dives to 30 meters
+
Day 3: 1 Open Water Dives to 55 meters
+
Day 4: 1 Open Water Dives to 55 meters
