PADI Discover Scuba Diving
PADI Discover Scuba Diving program (£89) includes an additional Open Water dive over and above the Discover Scuba program. This program introduces potential divers, 10 years of age and older, to breathing underwater in the swimming pool and then quickly moves participants into the Open Water environment. New divers begin using scuba equipment and experience a shallow dive, in a swimming pool under supervision, followed by an Open Water dive. Those who have completed the Discover Scuba Diving experience earn credit toward Confined Water Dive One and Open Water Dive One from the PADI Open Water Diver Course (Entry level PADI certification) as part of the experience.
Experience Duration
Day 1
- 40 minutes video and divers briefing
- 40 minutes diving in the swimming pool
Day 2
- 30-40 minute dive in Open Water
Pre-requisites
- No experience necessary
- Minimum age: 10
- Complete a medical statement attached to our booking form
